FoxTele respects intellectual-property rights and takes copyright concerns seriously. This policy explains how copyright owners or their authorised representatives can submit a notice about material associated with foxtele.uk.
Copyright Policy
We aim to respond responsibly to properly submitted copyright complaints and to review concerns in line with applicable law. This page describes a general copyright-notice procedure and may also be used for DMCA-formatted notices where relevant. It does not state that FoxTele is governed exclusively by the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act or that it has a registered U.S. designated agent.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
A copyright owner or authorised representative may send a written notice to support@foxtele.uk. Please provide enough information for FoxTele to identify and assess the concern.
Information to Include in a Notice
- Your full name and contact email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- Identification or location of the material being reported, with enough detail for FoxTele to find it.
- A clear explanation of the basis for the copyright claim.
- A statement that the information supplied is accurate.
- Confirmation that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- An electronic or physical signature where legally relevant.
Please do not include unnecessary sensitive personal data.
Review and Response
FoxTele may review a complaint, request additional information, restrict or remove access to relevant website material where appropriate, contact affected parties where appropriate, or take other reasonable steps required by applicable law. We do not promise that every complaint will result in removal or a fixed response time.
Counter-Notification or Disputes
If you believe material was removed or restricted because of a mistake or misidentification, you may contact us with supporting information. Where a complaint is specifically made under the U.S. DMCA and applicable law requires a formal counter-notice process, FoxTele may request the information required by that process.
False or Misleading Claims
Copyright complaints should be submitted in good faith. Knowingly false or misleading notices may carry legal consequences under applicable law.
Third-Party Content and Services
Independent services, applications, websites and platforms may operate their own copyright procedures. FoxTele cannot control the policies of independent third parties, so a complaint relating directly to a third-party service may also need to be sent to that provider.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. The “Last updated” date above will indicate when revisions were made.
